RESOLIS is developing a “Responsible and Sustainable Food” program. This program focuses on the agriculture and food transition as one of the pillars of the ecological and solidarity transition. The program is based on a work of observation of the agricultural and food transition: the actors involved, public policy measures dedicated to the agricultural and food transition and its territorial dynamics. In addition to observation, the program also focuses on support, funding and promoting the transition.
Mainly local authorities, but also university and / or scientific teams, associations, producer organizations.
Activities in France but in the process of internationalization (today a dozen countries, but participates in the construction of an international program).
Strategies For Change
We are working on the determinants of the agricultural and food transition: the re-localization of the different links of the food chains, the agro-ecological revolution of the agricultural production, ensuring quality food for all.
